How we structure it Flat rental fee. A fixed amount per event, night, or hour.Percentage of the door. We take an agreed share of ticket/door receipts.Food truck / merch / vendor. We earn through food, drink, or merchandise sales on site.Hybrid. A combination — e.g. a reduced flat fee plus a door split.Good to know Some activities (e.g. yoga, fitness) require event/liability insurance naming us as additional insured. We'll confirm what's needed and collect proof. All renters sign our use agreement and follow the space rules. Events can be public (we'll help market them) or private. Read rules & policies
